Packaging

We strive to make our packaging as eco-friendly as possible and will continue researching and changing as we grow.

Right now we are using:

• 100% recycled rigid mailer
• Glassine bags
• Zero-waste liner shipping labels
• Reinforced kraft paper tape
• paper void fill
• plant-based biodegradable packing peanuts

Artwork

All artwork is by N.S. unless otherwise stated. If we have any artwork from an outside source, we will clearly label it with the artist's name.

Persanolization

At this time, we are not offering personalized mugs or tumblers, but hope to in the near future. Keep an eye out for when we add this feature.

Returns/missing or damaged order

We are not accepting returns. If you have any issues with your order, such as missing items, wrong items, or damaged items pleas reach out to us so we can work with you to resolve any problems.

Shipping

We are a small shop, and we will be sending out orders on Monday and Thursday.

Orders placed on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday will be sent out on Monday.

Orders placed on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday will be sent out on Thursday.

This will also provide time for pressing the made-to-order items.
